We will conduct facilitated sessions with your core and extended leadership teams to develop/reinvigorate your organisation purpose, mission, values, vision and strategy that is future fit. Our experience in design thinking and proven methodologies will act as catalysts for you to chalk out the direction for organisation wide execution including developing an operating model and align your leadership teams with clear success measures. We will work with you to identify areas that needs integration between collaboration and emotional intelligence to achieve the desired results.

Leadership in action

This is a seven months program with outcomes planned for every 30 days.
We help you develop leadership competencies that is pertinent to your business context and career aspirations.

 

As part of the program you shall:

  • Develop a business story and make it real
  • Achieve business results and create a positive impact that you commit to
  • Demonstrates mindset change which is acknowledge by your stakeholders
  • Ingrain the new skills in to your habits (apply then for a lifetime)

we start with a 3-day deep dive workshop to lay the foundation for your leadership journey. We shall together focus on your own life stories, your self-awareness and your learning styles in addition to practicing key leadership skills. One of the outcomes of the workshop is to co-develop 7 months results driven roadmap that is relevant to your role and career aspirations. The 3-day workshop is followed by a minimum of once in 15 days one-on-one coaching sessions for 7 months. There will also be once a month cohort calls with other participants to share experiences and learn from each other. During the course of the program, we will work with you to apply your leadership insights in your business or teams or organization to refine them to be your permanent skills.

You may join a public program that we conduct every quarter. We also conduct inhouse program for organizations

Executive coaching for results

We partner with you (an entrepreneur or an executive, or a leader in transition or an upcoming executive) to act as a catalyst in achieving results that matters you and your organization the most. The focus is to enable and encourage you to explore and discover new insights that inspire you, gather courage to experiment new thought process, exhibit new behaviours and apply learnings that propels you to achieve the desired results. The duration of executive coaching depends on the results you want to achieve and the extent of change you are committed to make in yourself. The usual duration of coaching assignments is between 6to 9 months

Leaders as coaches

We assist in building coaching competencies in leaders who are predominantly subject matter or functional experts or those would like to unleash the best from/in their teams. Coaching acts as a catalyst for leaders to create an organizational culture that inspires and motivates people to achieve the results. This is a usually 6 months program starting with a 2-day workshop comprising of 10% theory and 90% practice sessions. Post the workshop, we will work the leaders and their executive stakeholders to agree on their priorities and establish cadence for ongoing meetings. We shall listen in to recordings of coaching conversations and provide feedback on effective application of coaching skills.
At the end of the program, we will conduct sessions with you teams to obtain feedback and co- develop further improvement plan.
